This is an editorial project. It contains
a series of magazines about time, music, and synesthesia. Time, as I understand, is the layer. The sculpture of time I made was built with many flat layers, and it became three-dimensional when all layers come together. That is, in another word, the life of us. Music is the sound of our soul. It’s the way that people express our inner selves. Synesthesia is the production of a sense impression relating to one sense or part of the body by stimulation of another sense or part of the body. People with synesthesia might hear colors, or see sounds. I understand it as the overlap of our senses. In this magazine, I took Shakespeare’s sonnets and experimented with different typefaces. Then I used them as elements to design the pages.
